Delivery & Returns

Delivery, Returns, Postal and Collection  details

​

  • We aim to post within 3 working days of payment (Monday to Friday).

  • Postage and packaging are including to the mainland

  • Please be advised if you pay on a weekend that the delivery may be held up by the courier collecting.

  • All items are photographed in their packaging to show they were intact at the point of sending.

  • The buyer must supply correct address, we are not liable for incorrect address given.

  • Any returns the buyer pays the return postage and must have a viable reason

  • Only viable reasons will be accepted things like “ I changed my mind “, “I don’t like it”, “I hit the add button by mistake” , “my dog ordered it “ are not acceptable

  • Listings state the condition of the items and what to expect, if you require more details then please email us for more photos

  • Any agreed returns the buyer is liable for return postage and a refund will only be supplied if the item/s are returned as sent ou 

  • If in the event of an item turning up damaged please photograph the box before you open it and then when open so the courier can be pursued for compensation

  • Please contact us directly if there are any problems on receipt of the item

  • All collections are to be at a convenient time between the two parties. Usually 0800-1700 Monday to Friday and with Saturday mornings a maybe

  • Collections will be from our unit at Syderstone

  • We can do next day delivery if you require this and please ask for a quote (usually half the amount again)

  • We are here to help so call us if there is a problem with collection

  • Collection is within 7 days so we can reuse the space

  • Nearly all the packaging we use has been recycled, so please do not be alarmed if it comes a box with a company’s name on it
